Our chocolate chef, Eric Lobignat, created this beautiful chocolate carriage and horses for his wedding on September 9, 2000. Eric started his creation in April, hand painting in the white and dark chocolate details. With the exception of the pearl reins, flowers and gelatin windows, the display is all chocolate (over 10 pounds)! The photo shows the actual presentation including tiny bride and groom, marzipan pumpkins and glass slipper.
